The App primarily functions by analyzing images (receipts or payment proofs) that you explicitly upload from your device gallery or capture using your camera.


Image Data: We require access to your device's camera and photo gallery to function. The images you select are processed locally on your device.

We DO NOT transmit, upload, or store your images or financial data on any external servers. All image processing and analysis happen entirely offline within the App.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party Services)

To support the App and provide a free service, we use third-party advertising and analytics services. These third parties may automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including:


Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (like Google Advertising ID), and mobile network information.

Usage Data: Diagnostic data, crash reports, and interaction metrics to help us improve the App's performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to:


Provide, maintain, and improve the App's core functionality (image analysis).

Store your analysis history locally on your device using encrypted/secure local storage.

Serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.

Manage user consent for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and other regulated regions via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to personalize ads and analyze traffic.


We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to legally gather consent regarding personalized advertising for users in required regions (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA).

If you opt out of personalized advertising, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data: All analysis histories, images, and notes are stored strictly locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by deleting individual histories within the App or by uninstalling the App completely.

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
