Learnexa does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

All information you enter into the App—including notes, schedules, assignments, grades, and study sessions—is stored locally on your device only.


We do not have access to this data.


Device Permissions & Usage


To enable certain features, the App may request the following permissions:


Notifications

Used to deliver reminders for classes, assignments, and study sessions directly on your device.


Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)

If you enable the App Lock feature, Learnexa uses your device’s built-in biometric authentication system.

We do not collect, store, or process biometric data. Authentication is handled entirely by your device’s operating system, and we only receive a confirmation of successful authentication.


Storage / Files

Used only when you choose to export data or save files (such as PDF reports) to your device.


2. How We Use Your Information


Because all data remains on your device, it is used solely to:


Provide Core Functionality

Academic tracking, scheduling, note-taking, and study management.


Local Notifications

Reminders generated and delivered directly from your device.


Reports & Exports

Generating PDF reports for your personal use.


Learnexa does not sell, trade, share, or transfer your information to any third parties, as we do not collect or access it.


3. Data Security


We take reasonable measures to help protect the data stored within the App. However, please note that no method of electronic storage is completely secure.


Security features include:


Local Encryption

Sensitive preferences and settings are protected using secure storage mechanisms provided by your device’s operating system.


Biometric App Lock

Optional biometric protection to prevent unauthorized access to the App on your device.


4. Third-Party Services


The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.


Learnexa may use third-party libraries or SDKs solely to support app functionality (for example, maps or system utilities). Any data collected by such services is governed by their respective privacy policies and is not controlled by Learnexa.


5. Children’s Privacy


Learnexa does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.


Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data externally, it is suitable for students of all ages. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise device usage as appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
